The Bears won 81-55 to improve to 9-2 this season.
With the win, Cal extended its home-winning streak to 27 consecutive games – a new program record. The run dates back to March 1, 2015. From Dec. 27, 1958 to Dec. 16, 1980, Pete Newell's squad put together a 26-game home-winning streak in Harmon Gym.
Cuonzo Martin earned his 50^th win as Cal head coach. He is 50-28 at the helm for the Golden Bears, and 174-110 in his career.
Cal's home win streak is the fourth-longest active streak in the nation, led only by Kansas (48), South Dakota State (33) and Oregon (32).
Jabari Bird scored a career-high 25 points, topping his previous best of 24 (set twice, last vs. Oregon on Feb. 11, 2016). Bird was 10-16, including 4-7 from downtown.
Grant Mullins set a season-high 5 assists.
Cal's 47 points in the second half match a team season-high.
With 18 points, Ivan Rabb scored in double figures for the sixth time in nine games. Rabb also tallied a season-high 3 blocks.
Charlie Moore also reached double-figure point totals with 12 points, marking his ninth double-digit outing.
Kingsley Okoroh was one rebound shy of his career-high of 12 with 11 rebounds tonight.
The Bears are 4-0 this season when scoring more than 80 points.
