Cal-San Diego State Postgame Notes

Sophomore F Ivan Rabb made his season debut, entering the game with 17:42 left in the first half. He missed the first two games of the year with an injured toe.
Rabb finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds – the 13th double-double of his career – and added two blocks. The 19 points were just two shy of his career high of 21 set in last year's Pac-12 Tournament vs. Oregon State.
Freshman Charlie Moore followed up his 38-point performance vs. UC Irvine with 17 points against San Diego State.
Junior C Kameron Rooks earned his first start of the year. He tied his career high with 4 blocks (also 4 vs. South Dakota State) and pulled down 9 rebounds.
Senior G Grant Mullins returned to action after missing the UC Irvine game last Wednesday with a strained neck.
Senior G Jabari Bird missed his second straight game with back spasms.
The Bears have outrebounded their opponents in all three games this season and are a combined +54 on the glass (+18.0 per game). Cal held a 50-37 edge vs. the Aztecs Monday, the second time this season the Bears have reached 50 in a game (also 54 vs. South Dakota State).
As a team, the Bears finished with 9 blocks and have 21 through three games this year.
