How it Works

- Purchase your Bearitory Pass. You can buy up to Six (6) passes. All passes purchased together will be seated together at each game, so if you want to sit with family or friends, be sure to purchase all of your passes in one transaction.
- Access your passes by going to bearitorypass.com on your iPhone or Android and login with the email address you used to purchase.
- Passes for all home games will be loaded into your account, but your specific seat location(s) will be delivered to your phone before each game.
- You will receive a text message prior to each home game notifying you to claim your seat location(s), which will vary by game. Go to bearitorypass.com on your iPhone or Android to accept your seats for each game.

Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones.
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Bearitory Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Haas Pavilion and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by going to bearitorypass.com.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Haas Pavilion.
Q: Are Bearitory pass tickets refundable?
A: We're sorry, all Bearitory Pass purchases are non-refundable.
Q: Which games are included with my Bearitory Pass?
A: Your Bearitory Pass includes tickets to all 18 home games.
ENTERING HAAS PAVILION
Q: How do I get into Haas Pavilion with my Bearitory Pass?
A: Your ticket for all games can be accessed by going to
bearitorypass.com on your iPhone or Android. Login with the email address you used to purchase the Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Haas Pavilion.
Q: How does my guest scan in?
A: All barcodes will be delivered to your device. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device if you and your guest arrive at Haas Pavilion together. You can send your guest(s) their barcodes by tapping the Send button located below the barcode. Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with the Bearitory Pass?
A: Yes.
Q: What if I lose the text message with my pass?
A: If you can't access your Bearitory Pass via text message, simply go to
bearitorypass.com on your iPhone or Android.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: We're happy to accommodate you! Please go to the Haas Pavilion ticket booth on gameday. The ticket office opens 2 hours prior to gametime, and inform them that you need ADA seats for your Bearitory Pass. You will still need the Bearitory Pass barcodes to enter the venue, and need to accept your seats in the app.

Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Yes! Simply tap the Send button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s)! Barcodes can only be scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!
