Biography
OLYMPICS
- Tied for 18th in the 100m fly at the 2016 Olympics in Rio with a time of 58.27; also helped Canada qualify for the 400m final with her fly leg in the prelims
- Qualified for her first Olympic team by placing second in the 100m fly at the Canadian trials in a PR 57.02
CALIFORNIAÂ
- Concluded her Cal career in 2018 ranked among Cal’s all-time top 10 in the 100 fly (3rd, 50.44) and 200 fly (6th, 1:53.77). Also a member of both school-record medley relays
- Placed a career-best fourth in the 100 fly (50.92) and 10th in the 200 fly (1:54.17) at the 2018 NCAA meet while also swimming the butterfly leg on Cal's runner-up 200 medley relay and third-place 400 medley relay
- At the 2018 Pac-12 Championships, finished third in the 100 fly (51.11) and fifth in the 200 fly (1:53.77), in addition to taking 14th in the 50 free (22.71)
- Swam the butterfly leg on Cal's winning 200 medley relay and runner-up 400 medley relay that broke the school record by more than 2.5 seconds (3:25.50, 50.20 split)
- At the 2017 NCAA Championships, placed fifth in the 100 fly (50.65) and 10th in the 200 fly (1:54.54). Also a member of Cal’s national champion and school-record setting 200 medley relay
- Finished fourth in both the 100 fly (50.87) and 200 fly (1:54.50) at the Pac-12 meet, while also contributing to the runner-up 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay
- A four-time CSCAAÂ Scholar All-American, while she was chosen second-team Pac-12 All-Academic as a sophomore and senior and honorable mention as a junior
- A co-recipient of Cal's 2016 Golden Bear Award
- At the 2016 NCAA Championships, finished sixth in the 100 fly (51.39) and eighth in the 200 fly (1:54.84); also a member of the national-runner up 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay that placed 10th
- Placed third in the 100 fly (51.40) and second in the 200 fly (PR 1:53.85) and was on second-place 200 and 400 medley relays
- Scored in the 200 fly at the 2015 NCAA Championships, taking seventh in 1:54.94; also 19th in the 100 fly (52.27)
- Earn an NCAA title in 2015, swimming the butterfly leg on the winning 200 medley relay
- Captured the 2015 Pac-12 crown in the 200 fly with a time of 1:54.10; also fourth in the 100 fly (51.91)
- In addition, helped Cal to the championship in the 200 medley relay at the 2015 Pac-12 meet
INTERNATIONALÂ
- Competed for Canada at the 2015 FINA World Championships and Pan American Games
- At the 2015 Worlds, placed eighth in the 100m fly (58.22) and swam in the heats on the 4x100m mixed medley relay
- Earned two silver medals at the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto - 100m fly (58.00) and on the 4x100m medley relay
- A finalist in the 100m butterfly representing Canada at the 2013 FINA World Championships in Barcelona, finishing seventh in 58.13; also took 25th in the 50 fly (26.88)
- Picked up a pair of medals at the 2012 Junior Pan Pacific Championships, winning gold in the 100 fly and silver in the 400 medley relay
NATIONALÂ
- Member of the Canadian National Team
- Set a Canadian record in the 50 fly at the 2012 World Short-Course Championships (25.60), finishing fourth; also placed fourth in the 100 fly
