Cal-Washington Postgame Notes

  • With its 69-59 victory, Cal held Washington to a season-low point total. UW came into the game averaging. 83.9 ppg and had been held under 70 points just once in 15 previous games.
  • Ivan Rabb grabbed 14 rebounds – the 10th time this season he's reached double figures. Over his past six games, Rabb has averaged 14.2 rpg, including five games of at last 12 boards.
  • With his 20 points and 14 rebounds, Rabb posted his eighth double-double of the season.
  • Jabari Bird scored 16 points to close in on 1,000 for his career. He finished with night with 997 points. Once he reaches the number, he'll become the 47th player in school history to score 1,000.
  • With four more blocks, Kingsley Okoroh increased his team-leading total to 45 this season and moved into Cal's single-season top 10 list. He now ranks ninth in school history.
  • Okoroh's career total of 106 blocks moved him up one spot to sixth all-time at Cal.
