Cal Student football season tickets and the Freshmen & Transfer Free program are SOLD OUT!

No student discount ticket packages are available. Students may purchase single game tickets available to the general public for seating in the BlueZone general admission area (south end zone), and sit with family and friends. BlueZone tickets do not allow access to the Cal Student Section, and single game purchasers will be issued a hard ticket.

General Admission single game tickets are $17 in the BlueZone and are available for all home games (except for the USC game -- which is sold out). Single game tickets for the Big Game at Stanford ($60 each) will go on sale to the general public starting September 17.

Welcome to Cal!

Freshmen and Transfer students may purchase the official 2005 Cal Football GameDay Shirt for just $14 through the CalBears.com Online Store or on campus at the Cal Student Store. The official shirt is worn by the entire Cal Student Section at the games. All upperclassmen who pay for student season tickets (sophomores - seniors, grad students) receive a complimentary shirt with their ticket purchase.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Once again this year, Cal Athletics welcomes new students to the Cal Family by offering free admission to all incoming freshmen and transfer undergraduate students. Starting August 1, eligible freshmen and transfer students may register online at CalBears.com for free admission to the first five home games of the 2005 season at Memorial Stadium.

Freshmen and incoming transfer students must register in advance to receive complimentary admission to the first five home games. It's easy! Simply follow the same instructions for student online orders (see details below), by creating your online account and registering for "Freshmen Free" admission.

For freshmen and transfer students who successfully registered for free admission to the first five home games, simply present your valid Cal Student ID and be admitted via the ticketless entry system at the Student Gate (south side of Memorial Stadium, off Prospect Street).

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY FOR GAME ADMISSION

Your online application request will not be valid until you are officially registered at Cal for the 2005 Fall Semester.
To be officially registered at Cal, you must meet the following three criteria:

  • You must be enrolled in at least one course.
  • You must have no blocks against your registration.
  • You must have paid your fees in full or made your first payment through the deferred payment program.

Please note that all freshmen in the Fall Program for Freshmen through the UC Extension office are eligible for free admission to the first five home games, and may now register online or apply in person at the Cal Athletic Ticket Office.

Married/Domestic Partners must apply in person at the Athletic Ticket Office, 2223 Fulton Street, 1st Floor, and provide valid documentation of married/domestic partnership.
