Ticket Policies

Payments for Tickets
Tickets will not be released or held with out payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express only. Checks must be made payable to UC Regents.

Address Changes
It is the responsibility of each patron to inform the Cal Athletic Ticket Office of any changes of address. Change of address must be done in writing and may be faxed to the Cal Athletic Ticket Office at 510-642-1765, or mailed to the Cal Athletic Ticket Office, 2223 Fulton Street 1st Floor, Berkeley, CA 94720. We require that you provide your old address, new address and a copy of your driver's license in order to change your address. Please remember that any changes of address will not be accepted over the phone in order to protect the privacy of patrons.

Will Call
All tickets purchased through the Cal Athletic Ticket Office 14 days prior to the event, must be picked up at Will Call. Tickets will not be mailed during this time frame.

In order to obtain tickets held in Will Call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not claimed at Will Call.

Football Will Call is located on the SE corner of Maxwell Field.

Basketball Will Call (Men's and Women's) is located to the left of the main entrance of Haas Pavilion, at the south east side of Haas Pavilion in white booths.

Mailing of Tickets
All tickets should be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. If tickets have not been received by the week of the event, please contact the Cal Athletic Ticket Office to have replacement tickets issued. Replacement tickets will be held at Will Call and available for pick up on the date of the event. Tickets ordered 14 days or less prior to an event will not be mailed and must be picked up at Will Call.

Admissions Policy
Everyone 24 months and older must have a ticket to enter the stadium or arena. This policy applies to events held on Cal's campus only and excludes any post season events.

Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets sold through the Cal Athletic Ticket Office.

Ticket Replacement
If you have lost, forgotten, damaged or destroyed tickets purchased through the Cal Athletic Ticket Office please call 1.800.GOBEARS or see Ticket Services on game day. Tickets purchased through a second party, or at a ticket outlet can not be replaced.

Ticket Transfer Policy
Football and Men's Basketball season ticket holders have the option to transfer tickets up to 4 hours prior to game time for a $3 fee. The entire transfer (offer and acceptance) must be completed 4 hours prior to game time. The recipient has 48 hours to claim the ticket. A ticket can only be transferred one time. Transferred tickets can not be transferred again. The free Adobe Reader version 4.0 or greater is required to open the transferred ticket attachment. Accessible Seating Policy
Accessible seating is available in all venues. Please call the Cal Athletic Ticket Office at 1.800.GOBEARS with any specific accessibility needs in advance of your event to enable us to serve you better.
Please note that there are a limited number of wheelchair & companion seats. While we attempt to accommodate all requests for groups to remain together, first priority is that one companion seat be available for purchase by every individual whose use of a wheelchair necessitates wheelchair accessible seating. Only after this minimum allocation has been offered are unsold spaces/seats in the wheelchair accessible seating areas released for purchase to those using wheelchairs who want more than one companion seat.
