HAAS PAVILION MEN'S BASKETBALL GAME DAY INFORMATION

ADA Information
ADA accessible entrances are located at Entry 2 (off Bancroft Way and Dana Court) and Entry 8 (near Evans Diamond off Frank Schlessinger Way). Elevator is located in the northwest corner of the building, and is most easily accessed by entering through Entry 8.

Concessions
Tasty food and beverages are available for purchase at stands throughout the concourse on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level.

First Aid
Cal Medics are assigned to provide fans with emergency medical assistance. Please notify event staff for emergency medical assistance. Minor injuries can be treated at the Guest Services room located on the lobby level behind Section 15. 

Lost and Found
All lost and found items may be claimed and brought to the Guest Services room located on the lobby level behind Section 15. Any found items may be turned in to event staff. Lost persons and people looking for lost persons should go to the Guest Services room. After the game, contact the UC Police Department at (510) 642-4936 (M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) to inquire about lost items.

Pavilion Gates
Haas Pavilion entry gates open 90 minutes prior to tip-off.

Permissible Items
For the safety and comfort of guests, the following items are allowed in Haas Pavilion: laptop bags, backpacks, purses, gym bags, fanny packs, backpack purses and binoculars. All bags must be smaller than 14 inches by 14 inches by six inches, and all bags will be searched.
 
Player Guest and Recruit Will Call
Player Guest and Recruit Will Call opens 90 minutes prior to tipoff at Entry 1.  Valid photo ID which matches the name of the guest on the gate list must be presented to receive the ticket.  All Player's Guests and Recruits must enter once they receive their ticket.

Prohibited Items
These items are prohibited inside Haas Pavilion: video cameras; alcoholic beverages; cans or glass bottles; unsealed beverages; coolers; weapons or chains; fireworks; banners; noisemakers; hard coolers; illegal drugs; hard fruit; animals and pets; sticks or poles; and placards and leaflets not approved in advance by Cal Athletics (call 510-642-2444 for information). Smoking and the sale of unauthorized merchandise and tickets is also prohibited.

Ticket Policy
Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the locations that appear on their tickets and agree to abide by arena and university policies, as well as state and federal laws. Cal reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. Gameday ticket concerns can be handled at the Ticket Services Booth on Spieker Plaza. Tickets cannot be refunded or replaced due to changes in game time, or if forgotten, lost or destroyed.

Will Call
Will Call is located on Spieker Plaza. It opens 2 hours prior to tipoff and closes when the 2nd half begins. Valid photo ID which matches the name of the individual who purchased the tickets must be presented to receive tickets.

Souvenirs

Souvenirs may be purchased at the store located by the main lobby. Each location contains a wide variety of official Cal merchandise, including hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and pennants.
