The California Memorial Stadium webcam allows fans to follow construction progress as the historic facility receives its long-awaited renovation and retrofit. The camera looks to the West from above the East Rim of the stadium and provides images that are archived for remote viewing.

Using the "camera control" on the left side of the screen, visitors can choose different angles taken from a variety of preset locations, can zoom in and out, and can select archived images to follow construction through time. In addition, fans can click on the panorama image at the bottom of the screen to get wide-angle views of the project.

Major construction on Memorial Stadium began in late November 2010, and the stadium is scheduled to re-open for the 2012 football season. For more information on Memorial Stadium and the renovation project, visit stadium.berkeley.edu.
