BERKELEY - The California women's water polo team had a fantastic weekend in Fort Collins, Colo., at the Colorado State Invitational, where the Golden Bears won all five games they played. Junior driver Meghan Corso paced Cal with 15 goals over the weekend, scoring two or more goals in each match. CalBears.com spent some time chatting with Corso to discover more about her.
CalBears.com: What would you like to be doing in ten years?
Meghan Corso: "In 10 years I want to be living in Greenwich Village in New York City with a bulldog named Lola. I want to be working as the art director for NYLON magazine or own The Black Bear, which is a restaurant in Pottersville, N.Y. When I think of upstate new York, I think of my families lake house on Schroon lake and the black bear. It's the icon of Pottersville and one of my favorite places."
CalBears.com: Which three people would you invite to dinner?
MC: "I would invite Marc Jacobs, Gregory Corso and, of course Annie Leibovitz. Since it would be my dinner party, I would have to have a musical guest and it would be either Daft Punk or George Harrison. Corso is my third removed cousin one of the original members of the Beat Generation."
CalBears.com: What are your personal goals for this season?
MC: "I want my game to get better everyday and for my team to win."
CalBears.com: Who is the loudest player on your team?
MC: "Camille Hewko."
CalBears.com: Where is your favorite place to relax?
MC: "The Fairfax flea Market in Hollywood or Zuma Beach in Malibu, Calif. I love the beach near the lifeguard tower number seven or `free Zuma' by the cliff."
CalBears.com: Who has been your favorite professor at Cal?
MC: "Tom Goldstein, from whom I took a journalism class."
CalBears.com: What is your most prized possession?
MC: "My Polaroid collection. My favorite one is one that was taken at the Daft Punk concert. I'm with three of my closest friends and whenever I look at I get a big smile on my face! Another one is of my family and I, and we're sitting in front of a cow. I'm five and my sister has some amazing crimped bangs. It's really priceless."

CalBears.com: In the last women's water polo Q&A, Stephanie Peckham wanted the next women's water polo student-athlete to answer, if you could pick one place in the world to travel to, where would it be?
MC: "In the seventh grade, my best friend's mom gave me an old black and white picture of Broome Beach in Australia. Ever since then, it has been a dream of mine to vacation there."
CalBears.com: What question would you want the next women's water polo athlete to answer?
MC: "If you could be any animal what would you be and why?"
