BERKELEY - Emily Csikos was outstanding last week as the No. 4-ranked Cal women's water polo team twice upended No. 3 Hawaii and was runner-up at the Stanford Invitational, falling in the title match to No. 1-ranked Stanford, making the sophomore driver the Muscle Milk California Student-Athlete of the Week. She scored 18 goals in five matches (two wins over Hawaii and wins over UCLA and Arizona State) and was the Bears' leading scorer in every contest, including five goals against ASU and three goals against Stanford in the title match. Csikos led Cal to a 9-0 start this season before the loss to the Cardinal and is the team's leading scorer on the year with 29 goals in 10 matches.
