Cal sophomore Tiera Schroeder has been named the KAP 7 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Player of the Week.

Schroeder scored nine goals during last weekend's Stanford Invitational, including five during a 10-7 victory over No. 11 Hawaii. She also netted three goals in a 12-6 win over No. 8 San Jose State in the Third Place Game.

It's the first Player of the Week honor for Schroeder, who earned MPSF Newcomer of the Week honors last Jan. 23.
