BERKELEY -Senior middle hitter Shannon Hawari posted a staggering .521 hitting percentage and amassed 28 kills in two matches to be named California Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week.

Hawari had 15 kills and eight blocks as the Bears pulled off a stunning road upset of No. 2 Oregon. She added 13 kills, five blocks and five aces in a victory over Oregon State.
