BERKELEY - This year's Homecoming theme is I <3 Cal, and the California volleyball is no exception. Here we are in one of the most beautiful places in the world at one of the most prestigious universities in the world. Rich Feller -
"First of all, I love Cal's location in the Bay Area. I can't think of a better place to live for culture, entertainment and weather - all those things that just make living in an area great. I certainly enjoy the outdoors and all the activities you can do in the Bay Area. The next thing I love about Cal is the academic quality that helps me attract top student-athletes from all over the country and world. I think that is combined with the great athletic support we have to make just a perfect athletic and university atmosphere."
Adrienne Gehan -
"I love Cal because it has a good balance of academics and athletics. It also has a very diverse and passionate study body."
Correy Johnson -
"I chose Cal because it had the best of both worlds - high academics and a high level of volleyball. I love Cal because it's not just a college town. Berkeley has its own identity besides the university. My favorite part besides playing volleyball with the best girls is the food in the area. It's so diverse and has allowed me to try things that I would have never tried back home."
Lauren Loerch -
"I love Cal because of all of the interesting people, the beautiful weather and great atmosphere."
Robin Rostratter -

Lillian Schonewise -
"I love Cal because of all the incredible people - my teammates, coaches, trainers, friends, peers professors and strangers. Everyone comes from somewhere different but everyone has the same drive and motivation to succeed. It's a great atmosphere to be surrounded with and I learn something new every day."
