As a Freshman (2011):

• Saw time in one match - Sac State on Sept. 10

High School/Club:

• Played for Coast Volleyball Club

• Was selected as Cathedral Catholic High School's Most Improved Player in 2009 after she helped lead her team to a CIF Division III State Championship as a junior and served as a captain in 2010

• Was honored by the San Diego Tribune as a 2010 All-Academic selection, and was a part of her high school's Academic League

• Also lettered in track and field athlete as well as basketball Personal:

• Born May 15, 1993 in Scripps Hospital in La Jolla, Calif.

• Mother, Ellen Elgin, attended Cal while her father, Richard Elgin, went to Penn State

• Has one older brother, Patrick, who attends UC Riverside
