Caitlyn Vann is in her first season as a volunteer assistant coach at Cal. In her role, she is involved with all aspects of the program.
Vann comes to Berkeley after a one-year stint playing libero professionally for ZOK Split in Croatia. She helped lead her team to a second-place finish in its division and a berth in the MEZVA Championships.
Vann was a three-year starting libero at the University of Missouri, where she earned AVCA All-Central Region honorable mention as a senior. She led the Big 12 in digs as a senior and holds Missouri's all-time single-season dig record.
Vann earned a double-major in Political Science and Sociology from Missouri in 2011.
