Ann Arbor, MI - Freshman Suzi Babos fell to Miami's Megan Bradley, 6-2; 6-2, in the finals of the ITA National Indoor Championships. The tournament is one of three national tournaments for the 2004-05 season.

Babos registered three top-15 victories this week while surviving three three-set battles. The loss is Babos' first of the year in singles. Her record now stands at 15-1.

Babos would have been the fifth freshman ever to win the championship.

Babos and the Bears next play at the UNLY Tournament, January 14-16 in Las Vegas, NV.
