Helen Hull Jacobs

Jacobs won the 1936 Wimbledon Singles Championship in 1932, '35...she won eight United States Championships: Singles (1932, '33, '34, '35), Doubles (1932, '34, '35) and Mixed Doubles (1934)...she also won the Italian singles and doubles championship in 1934...she was a member of the Wightman Cup team (1927-39) with an 18-11 record.
