Cal Softball Fall 2012 Schedule

BERKELEY - The California softball team has its fall work cut out for it with a three-tournament slate, head coach Diane Ninemire announced Thursday. The Golden Bears will play games in Stockton and Hayward before hosting two in Berkeley.

Things get started Oct. 6 in Stockton with an 11:30 a.m. match-up against host Pacific before taking on San Jose State at 1:30 p.m. The Pacific tournament continues for the Bears on Oct. 7 with an 11:30 a.m. game versus Sac State and a 1:30 p.m. game against UC Davis.

It will be a much shorter trip for the Bears, when they make the trip down the freeway to Hayward on Oct. 13. Cal takes on Saint Mary's at noon and then Chico State at 2 p.m.

The Bears return home to the friendly confines of Levine-Fricke Field for two games on Oct. 21. The Bears welcome the Aggies of UCD at 1:15 p.m. and then take on CSU Stanislaus at 3:30 p.m.
