• The Bears are now 51-5 overall, 15-3 when playing at home

• This is Cal's first regional loss since 2008, when they fell to Fresno State 3-2 at the Fresno State Regional

• In that regional, the Bears went on to beat the Bulldogs 7-6 to advance to the Gainesville Super Regional

• Cal falls to 64-31 in regional games and 85-61 in NCAA Tournament games

• The Bears and Razorbacks are now tied 1-1 in the all-time meeting record

• This is the first loss to an SEC team for the Bears all year

• The only prior meeting between Cal and Arkansas was March 19, 1998, when the Bears defeated the Razorbacks 7-0
