The only senior on the 2000 Cal team, Iancin has been one of the Bears steadiest players throughout her career, both at the plate and in the field … will be looked upon to provide leadership to Cal's young squad this season … at the end of this year, should finish as one of Cal's all-time leaders in hits, runs, doubles, home runs and RBI … a two-time all-region performer … batted above .300 in each of her first three seasons.

As a Junior: Iancin led Cal in doubles (14), runs (36), base hits (68) and RBI (36) … named honorable mention All-Pac-10 and second team all-region … voted to the all-tournament teams at the NCAA regional and the College World Series … also selected all-tournament at the Bank of Hawaii Tournament … put together a team-long 10-game hitting streak to start the year (15-for-32, .483) with 8 RBI … had 3 RBI in a game three times: vs. San Jose State, vs. Santa Clara and at Arizona State … had a three-run homer in the ASU game to help Cal to a 7-6 win … led the Bears with 12 sacrifice bunts … hit .341 with runners in scoring position … led the Bears with nine multi-RBI games … batted in the third spot in the order in every game … went 9-for-20 (.450) with four RBI at the NCAA regional, then batted .427 (3-7) with a home run (vs. Arizona State) and two RBI in the College World Series … set school records for games (73) and at-bats (222) … her 68 hits also rank fifth on Cal's season list.

As a Sophomore: Earned first team all-region and second team All-Pac-10 honors after leading the Bears with a .323 batting average … also voted to the all-tournament teams at the NCAA regional and the Capital Classic … named Pac-10 Player of the Week March 17 after helping Cal to the NIST title … was hitting as high as .384 on March 21 … batted 5-for-9 (.556) in the NCAA regional at Fresno … had a 10-game hitting streak midway through the year, going 17-for-30 (.567) over that span … had two homers and three RBI in a victory over Texas A&M … paced the Bears with 19 multi-hit games … fielded at a .982 clip with just six errors on the year … her 161 assists rank second on the Cal season list … did not commit an error during Pac-10 play.

As a Freshman: Ended her first year at Cal with a .307 batting average, good for fourth on the team … the third toughest player in the Pac-10 to strike out with only seven strikeouts in 179 at-bats … had 10 hits in her last 15 at-bats of the regular season … led the team with nine stolen bases (13 attempts) … her lone home run came against Utah State … went 4-for-7 vs. Santa Clara in her first collegiate doubleheader.

High School: Was a prep All-American at Charter Oak HS … also earned All-CIF as a senior and was a three-time all-league pick … batted .555 as a senior … led her team to four league titles … graduated from high school with a 4.0 GPA.
