BERKELEY - Former California head coach Jill Malko will be inducted into the 2007 National California Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame, the foundation announced. Malko, one of three honorees for the Class of 2007, and four other classes of honorees will be inducted into the Hall of Fame to join the original inducted Class of 2005 at an awards dinner on Feb. 27 at the Marines' Memorial Club in San Francisco. The Golden Bears' original head coach, Malko led Cal from 1999-2007.

Honorees selected for induction are those "who by their deeds as players, coaches, officials, and/or contributors, and by example of their lives, personify the great contribution of the sport of lacrosse to our way of life."
