No. 9 California Finishes Ninth at West Regional

The No. 9 California Golden Bear women's golf team's season came to a close on Saturday afternoon when Cal finished in a tie for ninth place at the NCAA West Regional in Erie, Colo., finishing three strokes behind eighth-place Oklahoma. Senior Daniela Holmqvist was one stroke shy of qualifying as an individual.

Live Scoring || Battling light rains and 40 degree temperatures, the No. 9 California Golden Bears dropped to eighth place after the completion of the second round of the NCAA West Regional in Erie, Colo. The Bears will need to stay among the top-eight teams in Saturday's final round in order to advance to the NCAA National Championship.

Three Bears Earn Pac-12 Accolades

The California Golden Bears three seniors all earned spots on the All-Pac-12 second team. Joanne Lee earned her third second-team honor. Emily Childs was named to the second team for the second time while Daniela Holmqvist was a first-time second team member.

A par putt by senior Daniela Holmqvist sealed the Bears second conference championship in program history.
