BERKELEY - Sophomore midfielder Lara Kruggel scored all six California goals last weekend and was named the NorPac West Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 14. Her six goals brought her season total to 15, leading the NorPac Conference.

Kruggel tallied five goals in the 5-0 win over Pacific on Friday, then added her sixth goal in the loss to Pacific Sunday. The goals also bring her point total on the season to 32, a mark that also leads the conference.

The 15 goals also tie her for seventh on Cal's single season record list for goals. She also now has scored 23 career goals, placing her one behind Andrea Lo for tenth on the all-time career list.

Kruggel will have a chance to add to her totals against the Duke Blue Devils on Friday, Oct. 19 at 3 p.m.
