Field Hockey Beats Pacific, 2-0

STOCKTON -- Jennifer Grossman and Cyndi Lee each scored a goal as the Cal field hockey team defeated Pacific, 2-0, in a NorPac Conference game Saturday.

Grossman scored her goal just 1:04 into the game, while Lee tallied hers midway through the second half. The Bear defense did not allow a shot on goal after intermission, as goalkeeper Karen Hagan posted her second consecutive shutout.

With the win, Cal improved to 2-1 overall and 2-0 in the NorPac. UOP is 0-2 overall.
