Cal Places 23 Rowers on All-Academic Team - CAL OFFICIAL ATHLETIC SITE

BERKELEY, Calif. - California had 23 members of its men's rowing team honored with the announcement of the 2007 Pac-10 All-Academic squad.

The Golden Bears feature three rowers on the first team, 14 rowers on the second team and six on the honorable mention unit.

Earning first-team accolades are Kirsten Hextrum, a senior majoring in history; Elena Humphreys, a sophomore; and Leigh Whelpton, a sophomore.
