BERKELEY - Nineteen members of Cal's NCAA and Pac-10 champion women's rowing team have earned Pac-10 All-Academic honors, the conference office announced Tuesday.

Six rowers were voted to the first team, five Bears are on the second team and eight members of the team received honorable mention notice.

Gaining first-team status are senior Gina Antonini, sophomore Robin Grossman, junior Kirsten Hextrum, senior Natasha LaBelle, senior Liz Lee and senior Sabine Zimmermann. Earlier this month, Labelle received the Neufeld Scholar-Athlete Award for having the highest GPA among Cal's graduating seniors (3.84 GPA as a double major in integrative biology and psychology).
