California: 2011 (Freshman): Rowed on Cal's junior varsity 8+ boat that finished third at the NCAA Championships and second at the Pac-10 Championships.

Personal: Competed for Marin Rowing Club, winning the 2007 and 2008 national championships in the eight ... named the 2006 Marin Rowing Novice Oarswoman of the Year, and the 2007 Marin Rowing Varsity Oarswoman of the Year ... also played water polo her freshman year at Tamalpais High School ... parents are Kevin and Heike Leason ... has a brother, Alex ... lists cooking as a hobby ... nutritional science major and hopes to become a sports medicine doctor.
