BERKELEY - Esteemed fans of the California women's basketball team can join head coach Lindsay Gottlieb and the Golden Bears for their annual Season Tip-Off.

The free event will be held Sunday, Oct. 14 from noon-2 p.m. at the Cal Alumni House - which is across from the main entrance of Haas Pavilion.

Fans can mingle with the Cal coaching staff and student-athletes and get an inside preview of the upcoming season. Admission to the event free and open to the public. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar for the first hour.

Additionally, fans will receive a free voucher to watch Cal volleyball take on UCLA immediately following the Season Tip-Off at 2 p.m. at Haas Pavilion
