BERKELEY - California Women's Basketball completed a thrilling regular season with a win over Washington to secure the program's first ever Pac-12 conference championship.

As the team continues its season and moves on to the Pac-12 Tournament in Seattle, Cal Women's Basketball has created an initiative called "Join the March." The program has a fundraising goal of $100,000 this fiscal year (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013) to help offset scholarship costs and other student-athlete support services. At the close of January, donations totaled just over $55,000.

Alumni and fans are encouraged to participate and make a contribution to Cal Women's Basketball. All donations made prior to June 30, 2013 will count towards the annual fund goal and help fund scholarships and support services.
