BERKELEY -Layshia Clarendon helped the Bears finish their sweep of the Oregon Schools, maintaining a two-game lead in the race for the No. 2 seed in the Pac-12 tournament and securing a 20-win season for the team, making her this week's California Muscle Milk Student-Athlete of the Week. Clarendon was phenomenal in the Oregon game, making five three-pointers as part of her 27-point outpouring. Clarendon followed that performance by scoring 22 points against Oregon State, making key free throws down the stretch to help the team hold off a late surge by OSU. 2011-12 California Muscle Milk Student-Athletes of the Week
