Lead by junior Collin Smith's four goals and three goals by senior Marin Balarin, the No. 3-ranked Cal men's water polo team started off the 2012 season on a high note, defeating No. 20 St. Francis, 16-3, in a morning match Friday (Sept. 7) at the Princeton Invitational.

The Golden Bears, also paced by senior goalie Justin Parsons' nine saves in three periods versus the Terriers, will next place host and No. 13-ranked Princeton in a match show Friday live on ESPNU (3 p.m. PT).
