Mt. San Antonio College (2010-11):
- Led Mt. SAC to its second national championship in three years and its third California Community College State Championship in 2011
- Named to the 2011 NSCAA Junior College Division III All-America second team
- Led the Mt. SAC Mounties with 5 points from 21 goals and 13 assists
- He also earned the South Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Year award
- In 2010, Fuentes scored 31 points (14 goals, 3 assists) and garnered MVP honors in the state tournament after leading the Mounties to the championship
High School/Personal:
- He starred for the Arsenal FC club in Southern California as well as his Sierra Vista High School team
- His Arsenal team won the US Youth Soccer National Championships Series Region IV title and was a Dallas Cup finalist in 2009
- Arsenal was also a US Youth Soccer Region IV finalist in 2008, the same year it captured the Coast Soccer League Premier championships
- In 2007, his club claimed championships in the Coast Soccer League and in the Super Y-League USL
- As a sophomore, junior and senior at Sierra Vista, Fuentes was his team's MVP and offensive player of the year as well as led the team in scoring
- His high school won the Montview League championship his last three years, when he also claimed all-league honors
- The Montview League tabbed him its MVP his senior season
- He also collected All-CIF Southern section first-team honors as a sophomore and senior and second-team honors in his junior season
