(BERKELEY) - Below are several things fans should know when attending the 114th Big Game between Cal and Stanford at Stanford Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 19. ESPN will telecast the contest scheduled to kick off at 7:15 p.m. PST.
Parking at Stanford is $15 cash only.
Cal has won seven of the last nine meetings between the teams but Stanford holds an all-time 56-46-1 edge in a rivalry that began in 1892 and is now the 10th longest in major college football.
Cal (6-4, 3-4 Pac-12) has won two in a row and three out of four overall to become bowl eligible for the eighth time in the last nine seasons. Stanford (9-1, 7-1 Pac-12) suffered its first defeat of the season and had a 17-game win streak that was the longest in the nation snapped with a 53-30 home loss to Oregon on Saturday.
The commercial radio broadcast of all Cal football games can also be heard on the IMG College Sports Radio Network, with KGO 810 AM in San Francisco serving as the flagship station. The KGO broadcast is also available live online at CalBears.com, while KALX 90.7 FM offers fans the student radio broadcast.
After playing Stanford in the Big Game, Cal will close out its 2011 regular season with another ESPN telecast at Arizona State on Friday, Nov. 25 (8:15 p.m. MST/7:15 p.m. PST).
Cal hosted its 2011 home contests at San Francisco's AT&T Park but is scheduled to return to a renovated Memorial Stadium to play its 2012 home schedule.
