BERKELEY - California's final home football game of the 2009 season against Arizona (No. 17 BCS/No. 18 AP/No. 19 ) on Saturday, Nov. 14 has been selected for a national television broadcast by Versus and will kick off from Memorial Stadium at 4:00 p.m., the Pac-10 conference announced Sunday.

The contest is the 10th Cal football game this season chosen for television with a potential selection of the Big Game at Stanford (Saturday, Nov. 21) expected to be announced either Monday, Nov. 9 or Sunday, Nov. 15. The regular season finale at Washington on Saturday, Dec. 5 (3:30 p.m. PT) will be televised live by Comcast SportsNet California.

A total of 83 Cal football games (includes the upcoming scheduled telecasts vs. Arizona and at Washington) have been televised in seven-plus seasons under head coach Jeff Tedford. In the seven years prior, only 41 Cal games were televised. Cal is 6-3 overall and 3-3 in the Pac-10, while Arizona is the second-place team in the conference with a 6-2 overall record and a 4-1 league mark.
