BERKELEY - This year, for the first time in program history, every California football game will be televised. The Pacific-10 Conference announced on Monday that the Cal-Washington game on Nov. 17 in Seattle will be broadcast by ABC, completing the full schedule of television broadcasts for the Golden Bears. Cal had 11 games televised in both 2005 and 2006.

In addition, this Saturday's game against USC (5 p.m.) will be also aired on ABC. The game had been scheduled for ABC or ESPN2 with the final decision on the network announced on Monday as well.

The Big Game, between Cal and Stanford, on Dec. 1 will be televised by Versus at 4 p.m.

In six years under head coach Jeff Tedford, 59 Cal football games have been televised; in the six years prior to that, just 35 Cal games were televised. National television broadcasts have more than doubled in that time.
