BERKELEY - California's home football game against Oregon State on Saturday, Nov. 7 has been selected for a national television broadcast by Fox Sports Net and will kick off from Memorial Stadium at 4:00 p.m., the Pac-10 conference announced Monday. The contest will be aired locally on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.

The contest is the ninth Cal football game this season chosen for television with future selections expected for the Golden Bears' final home game of year against Arizona (Saturday, Nov. 14) and the Big Game at Stanford (Saturday, November 21). The regular season finale at Washington on Saturday, Dec. 5 will be televised live by Comcast SportsNet California.

A total of 82 Cal football games (includes upcoming scheduled 2009 telecasts vs. Oregon State and at Washington) have been televised in seven-plus seasons under head coach Jeff Tedford. In the seven years prior, only 41 Cal games were televised. Cal (5-2, 2-2 Pac-10) will travel to Arizona State (4-3, 2-2 Pac-10) for a Pac-10 game at Sun Devil Stadium this Saturday, Oct. 31 (12:30 p.m.). The game is scheduled to be televised live by ABC.
