BERKELEY - The California football game against UCLA on Saturday, Oct. 17 has been selected for a regional television broadcast by ABC and will kick off from the Rose Bowl at 12:30 p.m., the Pac-10 conference announced Monday. It is the seventh Cal game this season chosen for television with future selections expected.

A total of 78 Golden Bears' contests have been televised in seven-plus seasons under head coach Jeff Tedford. In the seven years prior, only 41 Cal games were televised.
