Official Rules

1. No purchase or obligation necessary.
2. Random drawing will be held October 24, 2009 from all eligible entries. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning dependent on total number of eligible entries received. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
3. Prize includes two (2) reserved tickets to the Cal vs. Oregon State football game on Saturday, November 7, 2009, a $102 value along with the opportunity to ride as a passenger on the Oski Mobile as the Cal Football team enters the field prior to kickoff.
4. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents 18 years and older living in the Northern California area only. Employees of Cal Athletics, its advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate families are ineligible. Oski Mobile contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.
6. Prize winners MUST pick-up tickets on Saturday, November 7th at the Memorial Stadium Will Call windows with valid picture ID.
7. To request winners' names, send self address stamped return envelope to "Oski Mobile Contest" University of California, Marketing & Promotions, 2575 Bancroft Way, Hearst Annex A, Berkeley, CA 94720. Cal Athletics assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or lost entries.
8. Except where prohibited by law: (i) entry constitutes permission to use winner's entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this contest for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Cal Athletics without compensation. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Cal Athletics, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the contest. Potential winner will be required to execute Liability Release prior to participation. Subject to all U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form in the amount of the ARV as stated herein.
