Cal defensive line coach Tosh Lupoi was named the Rivals Recruiter of the Year on Monday. Lupoi is an integral member of a Cal coaching staff that was able to ink a 2010 signing class that ranked as high as No. 11 nationally by Rivals, with the Golden Bears posting the seventh-highest ranking according to the number of average stars per signee (3.58).
