Bob Herwig

A three-year football and basketball letterman in 1935, '36 and '37...played on the football squads nicknamed the Cal "Thunder Teams," including the 1937 team that finished 10-0-1 and claimed the national championship...a three-year starter who was an All-America center in 1937...was also the captain of the 1937 varsity basketball team...member of the National Football Foundation College Hall of Fame in 1964.
