BERKELEY, Calif. - California junior David Torrence added second-team All-Pac-10 honors Tuesday to his list of accomplishments for the 2006 season.

Torrence finished in 11th place Oct. 28 at the Pac-10 Championships in a time of 23:44.83. The Tarzana, Calif., product earned all-region accolades for his 13th-place showing (30:34.99) at the NCAA West Regional Nov. 12.

Last week, Torrence wrapped up the season by finishing 92nd in his first appearance at the NCAA Championships, covering the 10K course in 32:31.2.

Overall, he led Cal in all five competitions he entered in 2006 and posted four top-25 results.
