Lori Riedy Wins at Aggie Invite

DAVIS, Calif.-UC Berkeley's Lori Riedy was a close winner in the women's race at the 1997 Aggie Invitational cross country meet held at UC Davis. Riedy posted a 17:54.4 clocking in the women's 5-kilometer race, just edging Amy Avrit of the Reebok Aggies, who finished in 17:54.9.

UC Berkeley scored 144 points to take fourth in the women's team competition. The Reebok Aggies won the women's team competition, earning 50 points.
