Track - Ran the 800m and 1500m for the Bears in 2004, with season-best times of 1:56.87 and 3:58.64, respectively. Mt. SAC: Garnered All-America honors in the 1500m and 5000m...was the state's junior college 1500m champion (3:53.50) and cross country four-mile champion...boasts a best time of 14:27 in the 5000m.

High School: Led Long Beach Poly to a state cross country title and to a CIF track and field crown...three-year CIF champion in the one mile and two mile and a two-year CIF winner in cross country...as a senior, clocked a PR of 4:14 in the mile and as a sophomore, ran a 9:05 two-mile time.
