Cross Country - Enters his fourth season of cross country competition at Cal as a 1999 NCAA qualifier as a junior...placed 103rd (32:06.90) at NCAAs...1998 and '99 second team Academic All-Pac-10 honoree...two-time team MVP...turned in top 10 finishes in five-of-six competitions in 1999, including three first-place times...placed seventh (24:21) at the 1999 Pac-10 meet as Cal's top runner...finished in the top 30 in every meet he entered during the 1998 season as a sophomore...finished 18th (24:27) at the 1998 Pac-10 Championship and 29th (31:47) at the 1998 NCAA Western Regional, tops for the Golden Bears in both meets...in 1997, finished second at the San Francisco State Invitational (26:07) and 33rd (26:12) at the Pac-10 Championship.
