BERKELEY -Distance runner Michael Coe earned All-America honors in two events - the men's 3000-meter relay and the men's distance medley relay - at the 2009 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships that were held March 13-14 in College Station, Texas, making the sophomore the Muscle Milk California Student-Athlete of the Week. The product of Lompoc, Calif., finished second in the 3000 in a time of 7:54.42 on March 14, a day after he anchored Cal's third-place DMR, which posted a time of 9:30.39. Coe's 3000 time and the DMR time are the second-fastest times in both of those events in Cal's indoor history. Coe was also named the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Male Athlete of the Week last Thursday, March 12.
