2010 update: Improved his indoor PR in the 5000 meters to 14:03.06 with a fifth-place finish at the MPSF meet, which was an NCAA provisional time.
Sophomore (2009): Posted Cal's second-fastest outdoor times in the 3000 (8:13.39), 5000 (14:06.61) and 10,000 (30:47.73) meters last spring ... 11th in the 10,000 at the Pac-10 championships (30:47.73) ... placed 17th at the NCAA regional meet in the 5000 (14:25.59) ... ran his best indoor 5000 at the MPSF championships (14:13.87), where he finished 10th ...
