Junior (2008): All-Pac-10 all-academic honorable-mention selection...advanced to the semifinals at the NCAA Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking a time of 50.68...qualified for the national championships when he recorded a time of 51.06, taking fourth overall in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA West Regional...took second with a personal-best time of 49.82 in the 400-meter hurdles (fifth best in school history) at the Pac-10 Championships, breaking 50.00 for the first time...ranked No. 8 in the nation in the 400-meter hurdles...earned a then-personal best at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Qualifier, crossing the finish line in first place at 50.77...took top honors in the 400 meters at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational, clocking a 46.76, which was also a regional qualifier...set a then-PR in the 400-meter hurdles, regionally qualifying with a mark of 51.08 at the Texas Relays.

Sophomore (2007): Honorable mention Pac-10 All-Academic selection...placed eighth in the final of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA West Regional...posted a regional-qualifying 52.21 in the 400-meter hurdles at the California Collegiate Challenge... clocked a lifetime-best 21.68 in the 200 to take second at the Big Meet...ran the second legs of the 4x100-meter relays that posted a season-best 41.34 to win at the Big Meet and posted a 42.15 at the Pac-10 championships...also ran on the 4x400 relays at the Jim Click Shootout (3:17.00) and Pac-10s (3:19.65)...named an Academic All-MPSF selection...took ninth place with an indoor lifetime-best 22.06 in the 200 at the MPSF championships.

Freshman (2006): Clocked Cal's second-fastest 200-meter dash (22.07), overall, at the MPSF Indoor championships and ran on Cal's second-fastest 4x400-meter relay (3:11.77), at the Pac-10 championships... his 200 time was the Bears' top indoor time; also paced Cal with its top 60-meter dash (6.95) indoors, at the Modrall Sperling Invitational.

High School: Awarded All-America status by Track & Field News, USA Today...selected as a Junior All-American by USA Track & Field... Washington State Track & Field annual athlete of the Year honoree...placed third at the Junior National championships (52.08)...a six-time state champion...finished first in the 110-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and 200 meters his senior year ...was the 110 meters hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and long jump state champion his junior year...he also placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Junior Olympics...holds his high school records in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 4x100-meter relay, 110 meters hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and long jump... helped his high school team win the state championship his freshman year...his high school coach was former Cal track and field multi-event coach Mike Strong.
