SPACES TO RENT

*Minimum food and beverage charge of $250 / Corkage Fee of $25 per person to bring in outside caterers
*Non-Refundable Deposits to secure date 50% of the room rental

EACH EVENT WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

• Administration Services of Contract - Up to 6 hours event time
• Standard Tables & Chairs
  
• Standard Set-up & Breakdown of tables & chairs *If custom arrangements are needed additional charges may apply
• Two (2) Security Personnel
• One (1) Elevator Operator / Greeter
• Clean-up of event
• Event Manager

ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM FEE COSTS

• Audio Visual -TBD - Field Access Less than 30 people - $1,500
• Coat Check - $375 - Field Access more than 30 people - $3,000
• Security - Dance Floor Rental
• Additional Set-up, Breakdown & Clean-up Charges - TBD - Video Board Use - $3,500
• Valet Services - Parking costs a la carte
• Additional hours of event - Linens
