In July 2009, after spending 3 successful years with the Cal ISP Sports Network, Damon has been promoted to General Manager. Damon's tenure with ISP began in February 2006 when he started as an Associate GM for the Cal property.  His successful start with the company resulted in a promotion to Senior Associate GM and then in 2008 to General Sales Manager.  In this role, Damon is responsible for all aspects of corporate sales, fulfillment and various operational duties.  Damon previously served as the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs at Portland State University for two years before joining ISP.  He also previously worked at California State University, Sacramento as the Director of Athletic Marketing & Promotions.  Damon received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara and his Masters in Athletic Administration from Saint Mary's College.

Matt Wells

General Sales Manager

Matt was promoted to General Sales Manager in August, 2010 after his time with Razorback Sports Properties.  Before that, he enjoyed two successful years at Gamecock Sports Properties. Matt came to ISP in 2006 as an Associate General Manager for Action Sports Media and transitioned to ISP after ISP acquired ASM in 2008. Matt has an extensive collegiate marketing background having worked with the University of Tennessee and the University of Oklahoma before arriving at South Carolina. He also has collegiate athletic experience having played baseball for the University of Nevada. Matt earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of California at Sacramento and a M.S. in Sports Administration from Belmont University.

Blake Sasaki

Associate General Manager

Blake joined the ISP team in August, 2009 as an Associate General Manager. Before coming to ISP, Blake served as a Senior Account Executive for the San Francisco 49ers, negotiating corporate partnerships, with a focus on increasing sponsorship revenue. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing, Development and Sponsorships at the University of California, Irvine, leading the corporate sponsorship, marketing, promotions and event-management programs for UC Irvine athletics. Blake also spent two years as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions at Weber State University, coordinating marketing, promotions and advertising for the university's athletic department. He earned his Masters of Sports Administration from Ohio University and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis in Physical Education/Exercise Science.

Ashley Hurdle

Account Executive

Ashley joined the team as an Account Executive for the Cal ISP Sports Network in April, 2010. Prior to ISP, Ashley was a Group Sales Account Executive for the National Basketball Association Golden State Warriors where she averaged 200 group seats sold per game during the past two seasons, while also providing excellent client service and cultivating close relationships with those clients and other prominent community leaders. Before her role with the NBA, Ashley was an Inside Sales Representative for the Anaheim Ducks. Ashley generated new revenue for the franchise and sold season ticket seats and sponsorships for the premium department. Additionally, Ashley was a Ticket Sales and Event Production Assistant for the AVP Professional Beach Volleyball Tour, a Summer Event Production Assistant at the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Marketing and Sales Specialist for State Farm Insurance Companies. Ashley is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned her undergraduate degree in Business Economics with a Minor in Sport Management.
